Schedule: Part Time & Full Time Schedules Available
Pay: $20.50-$23.45 per hour

Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to assist participants with their personal needs and Activities of Daily Living (ADL); monitoring their health and safety; helping them to increase self-advocacy, decision making, and community connections.
Responsibilities- Supporting participants with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Monitoring health and safety, building advocacy, decision making, and community connections
- Encouraging participant engagement in social networks and communities
High school diploma/GED preferred. One year experience working with people with disabilities in a certified residential setting preferred.
Conditions of EmploymentMust possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
