PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Science & Technology
Location:
Fort Belvoir, VA
Clearance Type: Top Secret
Responsibilities
- Support the APM Next Generation Information & Awareness with development, acquisition, and integration of ISR systems and sensors.
- Assist in drafting SOOs, SOWs, APBs, SAMPs, and acquisition and contract strategies.
- Support preparation/review of specifications, cost/resource estimates, T&E requirements and plans, and life-cycle support strategies.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 10+ years in ISR sensor development, integration, or S&T roles for defense programs, including 3–5+ years with acquisition or integration responsibilities.
- Strong familiarity with ISR sensor modalities and data integration challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
- TOP SECRET clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across government labs, industry, and operators to transition ISR technologies.
- Knowledge of SOF ISR requirements and CONOPS.
