Position: POOL - Evening/Weekend Center Supervisor (Part-time)

Evening Office Center Supervisor duties consist of daily reporting of evening/weekend classes, ensuring that rooms are open and ready for class, providing instructors with assistance in securing audiovisual aids, equipment and instructional materials, communicating instructor tardiness/absenteeism and responding to emergencies, if needed.

  • Document and report class and instructor issues
  • Open rooms and have them ready for class
  • Assist evening/weekend instructors with equipment and materials
  • Assist students with concerns or issues and direct them to the appropriate person for resolution, if necessary
  • Work with the Director of Curriculum Evening and Weekend Programs to ensure FTCC Policies and Procedures are maintained
  • Perform other duties as assigned
