* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
* Demonstrated experience in alumni relations, athletic administration, external relations, recruiting support, or a related field
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics and high school athletic environments
* Three or more years of NCAA Division 1 college coaching experience
* Former Arkansas Razorback Football Player
* Experience planning and executing events or engagement programs for football
* High School head coaching experience
* Knowledge of NCAA & SEC rules and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of students and coaches
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
