We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neurologist to join a growing outpatient practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and assessments in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
Perform and interpret electrodiagnostic studies, including:
EEG (routine, long-term, and ambulatory)
Nerve conduction studies
EMG
Oversee and manage in-house infusion therapy for neurological conditions
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in neurology
Board Certified in Neurology
Active or eligible North Carolina medical license
Prior outpatient neurology experience preferred
Experience with electrodiagnostic testing highly desirable but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Guaranteed production bonus structure:
40% of collections between $650,000 - $850,000
45% of collections between $850,000 - $1,000,000
50% of collections above $1,000,000
4 weeks of paid vacation

CME: 5 days annually with $3,500 allowance
