Position: APAC Asphalt Laborer- NWA ($1500 Sign On Bonus)

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, produces crushed aggregate materials, sand, ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and serves Arkansas, Oklahoma, and southern Missouri.

Asphalt Crew Member

Pay: $19-$20 an hour, depending on experience. $1500 Sign On Bonus.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
  • Champion Safety: adhere to safety protocols and use proper gear.
  • Support Your Team: collaborate with managers and co-workers, communicate clearly.
  • Execute Project Tasks: assist with shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operation, signal operators.
  • Operate Tools & Equipment: run small power tools, handle traffic control devices.
  • Material Handling: lift, carry, position materials safely.
  • Site Preparation: dig, spread, level construction materials.
  • Problem Reporting: communicate concerns to manager.
  • Adaptability: take on other duties as assigned.

  • PPE Compliance: wear required PPE per OSHA/MSHA and company policies.
  • Age Requirement: at least 18 years old.
Preferred Experience & Education
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in construction or paving field is a plus.
Physical &

Work Environment Requirements
  • Frequently required to climb, balance, perform tasks involving physical agility.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
  • Work primarily outdoors; exposed to extreme weather and hazards.
  • Reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
