As a member of our Cumberland County ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) multidisciplinary team, you will be the primary point of contact for new members to the ACT team.
The ACTT Admin provides administrative support to the team, which includes but is not limited to: coordination of necessary documentation, daily team meetings, member communication and correspondence and the collection of appropriate co-pays and service fees associated with service.
This position is located on-site at our Fayetteville, NC clinic.
Schedule
FT, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Pay
$18.00 per hour.

Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits the first of the month 30 days after hire date. Options for a standard plan and an HSA plan with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. 10 paid holidays and PTO hours which accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match.
Company paid life insurance, short and long term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and additional pay for working holidays.
Job Responsibilities of an ACTT Administrative Assistant
* Maintaining an accurate census for all ACT members.
* Answer phones and provide appropriate information about the program to internal and external stakeholders, families and members.
* Schedule member appointments for medical and clinical staff as needed.
* Make daily appointment reminder calls to members as required.
* Collect and reconcile cash/credit card co-pays and service fees from members as necessary
* Verify member' insurance benefits.
* Provide general administrative support for the program including filing, typing, daily team meetings, copying, data entry and faxing in a prompt, efficient and cooperative manner.
Qualifications of an ACTT Administrative Assistant
Education and Experience
* Minimum of high school diploma or GED
* Computer literacy
* Behavioral Health front office experience preferred
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
* Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment
* Experience with electronic medical records
* Ability to organize resources and establish priorities
* Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
* Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures
* Professional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
* Excellent verbal communication
