Razor Temps - FAMA Key Office Assistant - Razor Temps Department

Summary of

Job Duties:

The Razor Temps- FAMA Key Office Assistant receives, records, orders, and distributes key inventory and supplies. This position will help in processing work orders, ensuring correct crew, PO, information is entered into the system and processing information for vehicle rentals; answer departmental switchboard; direct callers to appropriate person; take and deliver messages as necessary; greets customers and directs them to appropriate personnel/area.

The position is a temporary role with Razor Temps, our on‑campus temporary staffing agency. The position will however, be directly working onsite with the FAMA Key Office. This position is for full‑time hours Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm or 7am‑4pm (can choose to flex between these two schedules, but must work full‑time hours).

Regular, reliable, and non‑disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

At least two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

General office experience

Demonstrated good customer service skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of record keeping procedures

Knowledge of the principles and practices of mathematics and statistics

Knowledge of work‑related subject area

Knowledge of computers and software applications

Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form

Ability to establish and maintain filing systems

Ability to operate standard office equipment and use of Microsoft Office

Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

Salary Information:

$16-$17 per hour
