$70,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience, certifications, and performance)

• Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning condenser and coils using approved methods and chemicals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems with minimal assistance and supervision while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service.
• Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
• Use software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.

• At least 2+ years of HVAC residential and/or light commercial field experience. Completion of HVAC schooling is preferred.
• Appropriate certifications (EPA Type I, II, III or Universal). Other HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements; minimum age 22.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test and criminal background check.
• Effectively manage call volume and day‑to‑day tasks; ability to work flexible schedules including overtime as needed.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
