Qualifications:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of GA.
• Background Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• TB test taken within 6 months or a valid chest X‑ray within 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Social Security card.
• Green Card or passport.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• Personal hygiene support.
• Ambulation and transfers.
• Dressing and shaving assistance.
• Meal and snack preparation per instructions.
• Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Providing hospice supportive care.
• Medication reminders.
• Assisting with prescribed range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Blood glucose monitoring assistance.
• Care of bed‑bound patients.
• Incontinence care.
• Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Preferred Experience:

• Hoyer lift proficiency.
• Personal care expertise.
• Range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Foley care.
• Companionship skills.
• Light cleaning responsibilities.
