Must have a Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of GA to be eligible for this position.

Essential Functions:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide patient-specific care as taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as hospice support, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, care for bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts
