• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience, as determined by the Divisional Vice President or Regional Operations Director.
• Current CPR certification required (or to be obtained within 60 days).
• Collaboration skill essential; work with clinical and financial teams daily.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Other qualifications may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or DVP.
