We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our ABA clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective behavioral services. This leadership role combines clinical excellence, staff development, and operational oversight to ensure outstanding outcomes for our clients and families.

• Clinical Leadership & Quality Assurance
• Provide clinical oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and ABA staff
• Review, approve, and monitor treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation
• Ensure programs are implemented accurately and adjusted based on client progress
• Maintain high standards of care aligned with best practices and client goals

• Staff Leadership & Development
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise ABA staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans
• Support staff growth through coaching, feedback, and training
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment

• Client & Family Engagement
• Partner with families to review goals, progress, and treatment adjustments
• Address parent concerns and provide guidance and support
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with caregivers

• Clinic Operations & Compliance
• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, billing, and staffing
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and clinic policies
• Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Support budget and resource management

• Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with interdisciplinary professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and medical providers
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and parent meetings
• Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders

• Compliance & Ethics
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations
• Stay current on evolving ABA standards and regulatory changes

• Community Outreach & Growth
• Promote clinic services within the community
• Build referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and healthcare providers

• Clinical Responsibilities
• Conduct and oversee assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, PEAK, Essentials for Living, and other tools
• Develop, modify, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Supervise and train BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and trainees
• Conduct competency assessments and ongoing staff evaluations
• Observe sessions, review data, and provide coaching and feedback
• Lead caregiver training and clinical meetings
• Maintain all clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards
• Assist with billable hours as needed to ensure continuity of care

• Work Expectations
• Maintain and update a monthly schedule and adjust as needed
• Make a good-faith effort to meet required billable hours
• Report staff, client, or family concerns to leadership promptly
• Complete all documentation, assessments, and re-assessments on time
• Follow company policies for attendance and time-off requests
