Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises on drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. Serves all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience.
- Experience in Retail Pharmacy practice.
- Good communication skills.
