WhatYou’ll Do
As a Certified Athletic Trainer at Ortho Atlanta, you’ll:
- Provide on‑site athletic training services to student‑athletes
- Develop and execute injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
- Evaluate and manage injuries, illnesses, and conditions related to sports participation
- Collaborate closely with physicians, coaches, and school staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure healthcare compliance
- Educate and mentor student athletic trainers
- Promote total athlete wellness and readiness
- Are passionate about student‑athlete care and sports medicine
- Work independently but thrives in a team setting
- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and healthcare professionals
- Bring a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset to every challenge
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in athletic training or related field
- BOC Certification and Georgia state licensure as an athletic trainer
- CPR/AED certification for healthcare providers
- Strong skills in injury assessment, treatment, and rehab
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
