TRILITH bloom LEADER Passion City Church OBJECTIVE

Lead the bloom team at Passion City Church // Trilith. Cultivate and develop staff and Door Holder teams who create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, belief, worship, and truth for the kids of Passion City Church at our Trilith location. Our desire is that bloom students would grow up to be a generation of worshippers who are marked by their love for Jesus and His Word and who desire to live their lives for His Fame.

• Lead and oversee the bloom team at Trilith
• Implement the weekly tasks necessary to make bloom happen with excellence each Sunday
• Lead the oversight and shepherding of all bloom Door Holders to ensure they are being led and cared for
• Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new bloom Door Holders including helping develop and implement their training
• Create trusted relationships with parents and families by communicating with them consistently and intentionally with the goal of building a partnership by which we can point their kids towards Jesus
• Work alongside Trilith staff team to ensure growth and stewardship of the people who call the Trilith location of Passion City Church home
• Assist broader Atlanta bloom team in any and all ways to accomplish the vision of the House
• Organize and assist with budgets, expense reports, invoices, and reporting through Concur system
• Assist with additional special events and project details
• Create vision and direction of bloom curriculum
• Work with the Pastoral Team to help develop a cohesive vision for developing kids from birth through high school graduation

Trilith Interim Director of bloom, PK, and Care

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2 years or more of comparable experience
• Demonstrated skills in both verbal and written communications, public speaking and leading teams

• Loves Jesus, the people of Passion City Church, the city of Atlanta, and the world
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations
• Acts as an advocate of the culture and vision of Passion
• A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team
• Low drama, high-momentum, high-capacity, positivity, over-comer, dreamer, creative, can-do-whatever-it-takes attitude
• High level of initiative and ability to take a proactive approach to work
• Performs job duties on time with excellence
• Actively participates in the life of Passion City Church
