Job Duties:
Supervise work performed ensuring conformance with specifications and company standards regarding safety and quality. Attend management meetings. Must maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.
Job Requirements:- High energy level and enthusiasm.
- Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office based programs.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed).
Minimum of 2 to 10 years of experience on large scale construction projects. OSHA 30 safety training.
