Class A CDL Driver

Overview

Flint Logistics is currently seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for full-time employment. Hiring Area:
Fayetteville, AR 72701. Home Time:
Every 2 weeks for a 48-hour reset, with some lanes offering weekly home time. Orientation:
Transportation to orientation provided via flight or rental car. Meals are included, and drivers will receive $1,000 in orientation pay.

• Compensation: CDL A Truck Drivers can expect to earn $1,300 to $1,500 per week, with a minimum pay of $1,200 per week for the first 90 days.
• Equipment:
  Options include Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts (subject to availability). Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models with automatic transmission, APU, and inverter. Trailers are dry vans hauling general commodity freight.

• Routes cover the lower 48 states, with the majority of loads being drop and hook to minimize downtime.
• Freight for this account is 100% no-touch.

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years
• CDL A license in the state of residence
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
• Current DOT physical or assistance with covering the cost of a new one
