• 6 months experience – $0.45/mile (loaded and empty)
• 1 year experience – $0.50/mile (loaded and empty)
• 2 years experience – $0.55/mile (loaded and empty)
• 3 years experience – $0.60/mile (loaded and empty)
• 5 years experience – $0.65/mile (loaded and empty)

Pay rate increases at 3, 6, and 12 months of continuous safe driving, with increases every 6 months after up to the cap.

Flexible home time schedule – Must be out a minimum of 11 days. You will have 6 days of hometime each month to be used all at once or split up how you choose (Must give 8 day notice).

• Valid CDL‑A with a minimum 6 months of experience
• Minimum 21‑years‑old
• Clean MVR and no recent background incidents (felonies/misdemeanors)
