Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our staffing agency is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of one of our clients in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and has the right attitude to grow within a long-term maintenance role. Our client is open to a wide range of experience levels and places a strong emphasis on personality, work ethic, and the ability to learn.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities are running safely and efficiently. This role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude and a willingness to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of systems. While certain technical skills are preferred, our client is willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong desire to learn, takes direction well, and fits the team culture.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with leadership and other maintenance team members to complete preventative maintenance, respond to repair needs, and assist with equipment upgrades or improvements. High-voltage exposure may be part of this role, so prior experience working with 460+ voltage systems is highly valued. Mechanical experience is required, but it does not need to be specialized-general mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience are sufficient, as additional skills can be taught.
Basic HVAC knowledge is preferred, and candidates with welding experience will be strongly considered, as welding is a significant plus for this position. Plumbing experience is not required, but familiarity with plumbing systems can be beneficial. In rare cases, candidates with little to no technical experience may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional personality traits, reliability, and the right mindset for learning and long-term success.
Resumes are required for all applicants.
