Commercial Roofing Salesperson

Job Description

A Commercial Roofing Contractor is looking for a new Salesperson to join their team. This company has a reputation for excellence. They are looking for someone that can help them to expand their footprint by bringing in both new construction and re-roof business.

Commercial Roof Salesman Duties

• Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
• Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
• Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
• Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.

Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required

• 2+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial
• Experience with Commercial Roofing manufacturers and materials
• Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
• Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
