The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per hour

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
