Summary

Develops and leads a team that consistently grows store profitability by providing the highest level of customer service and practicing efficient store operations by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruits, hires, trains, conducts performance reviews, counsels, disciplines, and terminates.
  • Trains, coaches, and manages all associates in execution of daily tasks.
  • Maintains proper RTO and Pawn inventory levels as directed by the General Office including vendors, P.O.'s, and receiving.
  • Reviews daily reports and records to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
  • Helps solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Ensures that physical facilities comply with safety codes.
  • Responsible for the overall appearance of the store including the display of RTO and Pawn sales floor.
  • Executes local store marketing aggressively.
  • Provides and inspires outstanding service to our customers.
  • Protects all company assets.
  • Monitors RTO and Pawn delinquency rates and verifies that accounts are kept within company guidelines.
  • Manages store fleet of vehicles.
  • Works to reduce profitability losses due to theft, vandalism, or incorrect business procedures including loss prevention.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
