Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs. The role involves selling the visit, persuading potential customers to engage with automotive services, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and coordinating service appointments. The Retail Salesperson conducts transaction procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.
Pay Range: $14.73 – $22.04
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
