The Dishwasher/Utility is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
