Certified Nursing Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing center at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. We are looking for full-time, part-time and PRN. In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your efforts will help promote a safe and nurturing environment that supports the health and happiness of those in your care.

Pay
:
Starting at $16.82 per hour and based on experience may be higher

Shift Differentials
:

• Evening Shift: $1.50 per hour
• Night Shift: $2.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus
:
Up to $600.00 for full-time CNAs

• Paid in installments after successful completion of introductory employment periods

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arkansas
• In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
