• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in Level II/Level III NICU environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients conditions, administer medications, and operate specialized equipment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with families.
• Adhere to established protocols for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Level II or Level III NICU nursing.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Permanent residence located at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM).
