- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in Level II/Level III NICU environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients conditions, administer medications, and operate specialized equipment.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with families.
- Adhere to established protocols for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Level II or Level III NICU nursing.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
- Permanent residence located at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM to 7:15 AM).
