Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – LTC/SNF Primary Care
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full‑time, Monday‑Friday position in a Long Term Care setting in Mountain Home, AR. The role offers 8am‑5pm hours with no call or weekend shifts.

Qualifications- Must be licensed in the practicing state
