Injection Molding

6am-6:15pm or 6pm-6:15am

Rotation schedule, working every other weekend

Duties

Set up and maintain injection molding machine production.
Troubleshoot and resolve process or tooling issues affecting product quality.
Collaborate with tooling engineers to optimize equipment performance and resolve tooling concerns.
The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and optimization of injection molding machines to ensure high-quality products and efficient production cycles. This includes performing initial setups for new products, troubleshooting process and tooling issues, and collaborating with tooling engineers to maintain consistent product quality.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years' experience operating and setting up injection molding equipment.
Strong knowledge of molding parameters, tooling (core pulls, lifters, cams), and machine setup procedures.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
