Compensation & Benefits

The Sr. Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day food service operations, managing and leading a team, and handling client relationships, account profitability, and talent development.

• Operate the department within the approved budget while delivering maximum value for the client.
• Ensure the food offered to the client is of superior quality.
• Direct and conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and other departments within the facility.
• Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the dining service with the facility plan of operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Serv Safe® certification is a plus.
• Forward-thinking, proactive, and the ability to be the face of the company.
