In this hands‑on role, you'll provide top‑notch customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer a wide range of tech‑related questions with confidence and clarity.
You’ll also manage the check‑out process for equipment, ensuring smooth access to essential tools for learning and teaching. If you’re a problem‑solver with great communication skills and a knack for making technology feel approachable, we’d love to have you on board!
Regular, reliable, and non‑disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of personal computers and the functions of various software
