NOW HIRING A MAINTENANCE LEAD

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing general maintenance and construction duties with a minimum level of supervision. By making regular repairs to buildings and equipment, the position will ensure that all maintenance duties are completed by work order deadlines. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in overseeing maintenance team assignments, training staff, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

We help low‑to‑moderate income families, including seniors and the disabled, by providing affordable, safe, and decent housing. The Housing Authority is funded by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and includes the following programs:
Public Housing, Section 8 Rental Assistance, Project Based Rental Assistance and HUD/VASH for homeless veterans.
