• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for buildings and equipment
• Inspect and repair facilities, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed as required
• Provide documentation for all work needed, completed, and estimated
• Assist in managing student-employees and their assigned maintenance tasks
• Maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships with team members

• Formal education equivalent to a high school diploma
• At least five years of experience in facility maintenance and repair or a related area
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer proficiency
• Ability to maintain preventative maintenance software and records
• Ability to complete maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner

• Experience with preventative maintenance regarding recreation facilities
• Experience managing an outdoor athletic complex, including turf management
• Familiarity with small engines, including zero-turn lawn mowers
