As a Cleaner with Ultimate Clean Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services while maintaining a professional, respectful presence in client spaces. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys creating clean, welcoming environments.

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and “touch-all-surfaces” methodology
• Ensure homes, offices, and rentals are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in all client spaces
• Communicate clearly with management regarding schedules or issues

• Proficiency in performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Ability to follow customized cleaning checklists and work with attention to detail
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products, including safe handling practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong focus on reliability and professionalism
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repeated movements, as the role requires standing, lifting, and bending
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is an advantage but not essential
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation mandatory
