Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

Conner & Winters is seeking an associate attorney with significant litigation experience to join our Fayetteville, AR office. Ideal candidates will have strong research, writing, oral communication, and team collaboration skills. • Working knowledge of commercial litigation, business disputes, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings.
• Familiarity with all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Identify and analyze legal issues and present clear recommendations, while assuring legal compliance.
• Collaborate closely with other Firm attorneys.
• Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law.

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice or eligible to practice in the State of Arkansas
• Some transactional or corporate experience is preferred
