You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additionally, you’ll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Experience in managing complex litigation: drafting motions, briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trial experience.
• JD with strong academic and professional background; risk‑mitigation counseling experience. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
