E-Commerce Specialist

We run a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand selling nationwide through Shopify.

We’re a small team operating a real online business. Orders ship every day, campaigns launch constantly, and new systems get built as we go.

We’re hiring someone early in their career who wants to learn how an e-commerce company actually runs from the inside.

This role blends operations, marketing execution, and growth experiments. Some days you'll help keep operations moving. Other days you'll test marketing ideas, build automations, or improve systems.

• Supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations and fulfillment workflows
• Managing product listings, updates, and merchandising in Shopify
• Helping execute marketing campaigns (email, launches, promotions)
• Influencer and channel partner outreach
• Customer communication and support
• Identifying inefficiencies and helping improve workflows
• Experimenting with new tools, automations, and AI workflows when possible

• Curious, self‑directed, and comfortable figuring things out
• Able to learn new software quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Interested in marketing, e‑commerce, and digital tools
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

• You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
• You’ve built a side project, automation, or small online experiment
• You enjoy learning new tools and systems
• You tend to solve problems before being asked
