Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our marketing efforts across digital channels. This role is focused on generating and nurturing leads through email and social campaigns, website and landing page optimization, content management, and brand-aligned marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in turning interest into engagement and qualified leads through thoughtful execution and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
  • Execute lead generation campaigns across email, social media, website, and content channels
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, from setup to launch and optimization
  • Monitor lead flow and engagement to improve conversion across the funnel
  • Email & Marketing Automation
  • Build and manage email campaigns, nurture flows, and audience segments
  • Conduct A/B testing, messaging, and CTAs
  • Maintain clean segments and CRM hygiene to support lead tracking
  • Website & Content Management
  • Update website content, landing pages, and lead capture forms
  • Manage content publishing schedules (blogs, resources, gated content, etc.)
  • Ensure messaging and visuals remain aligned with brand guidelines
  • Social & Brand Execution
  • Support organic social campaigns designed to drive awareness and lead capture
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all marketing channels
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track and report on campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions, leads)
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities based on data
  • Share insights and recommendations with marketing leadership
Qualifications

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and social media tools
  • Experience managing website content
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Clear, concise written communication skills
