About Morrison Healthcare
Morrison Healthcare is located in Bakersfield, CA, at Kern Medical Hospital—a 222‑bed acute care teaching center offering advanced trauma care between Fresno and Los Angeles. We are looking for a NICU Dietitian to join our team. New graduates are welcome.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, rotating weekends. Semi‑remote schedule flexibility: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.
Requirement:
Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RDN). Licensed Dietitian or willingness to obtain license in the state of practice. Specialty certification may be required.
Title:
NICU Dietitian
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year + relocation assistance.

Make a real impact as a NICU Dietitian! Work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for NICU patients to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
- Provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance to patients, families, staff, and the community to support long‑term wellness.
- Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
- Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Mentor and support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training where applicable.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
- Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in the state of practice.
- Specialty certification when required.
- Two years of work experience in a specialty area preferred.
