Position Overview

The DIETITIAN role at Compass One Healthcare (Morrison Healthcare) is a full‑time Clinical Dietitian position in an acute care medical center in Memphis, TN.

Location: Baptist-Memphis Hospital, Memphis, TN
Setting: Acute Care

Mon‑Fri, rotating weekends

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board (where required)
• One (1) year of hospital experience preferred
• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible; new graduates welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming

Clinical Dietitian, Full‑time, Clinical Nutrition Services

USD $65,000 – $68,000 per annum

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (full‑time) to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Memphis, TN.

• Provide medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population
• Follow all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
• Comply with all regulatory standards – federal, state, accrediting agencies, HIPAA, and patient rights policies
• Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable
• Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, if required
• One (1) year of hospital experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming
