Overview
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to provide compassionate, evidence-based individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and educate clients and families on recovery strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.
- Active, unrestricted Arkansas license (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC)
- Experience with addiction and mental health treatment
- Strong communication skills
