• Start IVs and administer IM injections with precision and care

• Monitor patient response and ensure safety and comfort

• Educate clients about therapies, supplements, and long‑term health goals

• Maintain top‑tier cleanliness, documentation, and safety standards

• Prepare IV drips and manage daily treatment flow

• Track and restock inventory as needed

• Support scheduling, ordering, and overall clinic organization

• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Assistant Director on efficiency and quality initiatives

• Greet clients warmly and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere

• Build trust through clear, compassionate communication

• Address client questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Demonstrate leadership qualities, teamwork, and accountability

• Participate in team training, meetings, and culture‑building

• Take initiative in improving processes and supporting team goals

• After 90‑day performance review, eligible for promotion consideration to Assistant Clinic Director

• Required License: RN, Paramedic

  IV Therapy Certification + CPR/BLS

• 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

• Excellent IV skills and bedside manner

• Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and patient‑focused

• Pay: $25–$27/hour + tips + commissions
