Responsibilities

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across Arkansas with models to fit patient needs. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, and also provide therapy sessions in schools or homes. As part of the Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents and apply that same experience to our adult population.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities, develops specific treatment goals for the targeted client population, and ensures delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective care consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure. (LAC, LMFT, LPC, LPE‑I, PLMSW, LMSW or LCSW)
• Minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience, including individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults preferred.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
