Swarm Aero | Part-Time | Remote-Friendly | $20/hour

Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, alongside the Command & Control software to mobilize thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft — with aerospace experience spanning Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic.

We're looking for motivated interns to help us test new features across our industry-leading software's user interface and AI capabilities, working directly with the team building this technology.

You’ll work directly with our product team to evaluate new UI and AI features, identify issues, and provide structured feedback that shapes the direction of our software.

No technical background is required — we care most about diligence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. If you're thorough, communicative, and curious, you’ll thrive here.

• Duration: 4–6 month sprint, starting immediately
• Hours: Minimum 5 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
• Compensation: $20/hour
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to obtain US Government Clearance
• In Office: Ability to attend onboarding and occasional meetings at the Swarm Aero Fayetteville location
