Experiential Learning

The Audiovisual & XR Studios Manager, under general direction of the department director, will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of Experiential Learning’s audiovisual media, visualization, and XR (extended reality) studios and labs in Mullins Library. Providing technical support and instruction to users, facilitating access to spaces and equipment, scheduling staff, and carrying out inventory along with basic maintenance and repair to equipment are key functions of this role.

Closely communicating with Library IT is expected to address complex technical issues and planning for equipment upgrades or enhancements. This position is also responsible for providing tours and orientations in addition to collaborating with the Experiential Learning Librarian to assist and advise faculty on the use of the studios/labs and their equipment in their courses.
