Summary ofJob Duties
This position is responsible for providing unskilled or semi-skilled labor or performing basic office tasks in a state agency or institution. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least three years of experience or more teaching and designing curriculum for birth to five-year-old children
- At least three years of experience coaching, conducting, and designing training for adult learners
- Experience writing early childhood content (writing, revising, editing, and working on deadlines)
- Experience with Microsoft and other publishing formats
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with statewide agencies and other partners
- Experience with early childhood organizations and advocacy networks
- Experience working with grant proposals and awards
Salary Information: $27.00 per hour
