Summary of

Job Duties:

The Manager of Alumni and High School Relations is responsible for building, managing, and sustaining strategic relationships between the University of Arkansas Athletics Department, alumni, and high school coaches, administrators, and key stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the Razorback brand, supporting recruiting efforts through relationship management, and enhancing alumni engagement through coordinated outreach, communication, and events. Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills are essential to fostering positive relationships and promoting the program’s brand at the high school level.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
• Demonstrated experience in alumni relations, athletic administration, external relations, recruiting support, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
