Spine Surgeon Needed — Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.

• No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand
• Immediate case volume
• ASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as needed
• Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians
• Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs
• Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons
• Emphasis on OR time over clinic time
• Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists
• 8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic ORs
• No OB services; no emergency C-section disruptions

• Up to $800K base salary; earning potential $1M+
• 2-year guarantee then % of collections (approximately 50%)
• Up to $50K sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
