Concrete Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning skills, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

The Superintendent is responsible for safety, quality, production, and coordination from mobilization through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial concrete projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and company standards
• Plan and execute concrete pours, sequencing, and manpower needs
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Conduct daily site walks and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent or Foreman experience in commercial concrete construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, forming systems, rebar, and finishing
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors in active jobsite environments
• Ability to drive schedules and meet production goals
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
