Warranty Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
:
Serve as the primary liaison between builders, homeowners, and our field teams, managing and scheduling service requests. Responsible for the end-to-end warranty process while also handling essential administrative tasks, including the filing and tracking of municipal building permits.
- Scheduling warranty appointments
- Dispatching service providers
- Obtaining service providers
- Answering emails
- Checking ITK or builder software for warranty related items
- Approving invoices
- Make sure appropriate back charges are sent to accounting
- Ordering parts needed for warranties
- Tracking down parts
- Delivering parts
- Creating/updating tickets
- Getting updates from service providers/KMS employees
- Communicating with builders, property managers, superintendents, and project managers.
- Applying for municipal permits
- Coding receipts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of iPhone and iPad
- Quick learner
- Flexible
- Able to prioritize
